Mayor of Skokie 2013
Fuji runs for Mayor of Skokie because he believes that no election and no public office should ever go unchallenged in a democracy, regardless of political party. Fuji acquired the correct amount of signatures to run for the Consolidated Election of April 9th, 2013. Shortly after submitting petition signatures was challenge by two attorneys. Fuji was kicked off the ballot for failing to use sufficient amount of paper clips in a secure and fasten manner in the submission of the 15 pages of petition signatures. Outcome, Mayor of Skokie easily wins by default because the office for Mayor of Skokie went unchallenged.
